We at are happy to accept exchanges, unfortunately, once an order is confirmed we will not be able to make refunds.However,on placing an order through Cash on Delivery payment option you shall receive a welcoming call from us to confirm your order. In an unfortunate situation of you receiving either a piece with a size issue, a rare manufacture defect or a case where we find fit at for you to be eligible for an exchange, upon examination by us, we shall be happy to exchange the said piece for you. Please do not cut the tag of the product till the time you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Products without the tag will not be eligible for an exchange. 5. The product should reach back to within 7 days from the time the customer has put in a request for an exchange.

6. A product can be exchanged under following conditions:

a) In the case of a size issue: Another size of the same product will be exchanged.

b) In the case of a manufacturing defect: The product will be exchanged for another piece of the same design purchased.

c) In a special case: Only after approval from Team, a product will be allowed for an exchange for an equivalent amount or more. No difference in the price will be refunded.

d) There is only a one time exchange per invoice.

7. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail if you are eligible for an exchange.
